1921 Tequila Blanco is produced from 100% Blue Weber estate grown agave. Our Blanco is double distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils. It is filtered twice through a state of the art gravitational filtration system. Appearance: A brilliant, crystalline color, producing a wave of legs (tears) that glide slowly towards the bottom of the glass. Nose: Sweet, subtle Agave aroma, fresh herbal notes with hints of citrus. Palate: Delicate and harmonious, highlighting the essence of the Agave and its nectar, fruity with a citrus finish, well balanced and clean. Body: Polished and velvety as it encompasses the tongue.
